IT’S TIME FOR CONFIRMATION TO START!
Parent Meeting (yes, it’s for parents of all confirmation students).

- 8th grade – (7:00-7:30) Wed. September 1st OR Wed. September 8th
- 7th grade – (7:30-8:30) Wed. September 1st OR Wed. September 8th
Confirmation Ministry is for 7th and 8th graders. This year there are over 60 students participating in confirmation! The students spend 2 years of intensive study of the Bible and Luther's Small Catechism. At they end of their second year, they have the chance to publicly confirm their faith that they received at their baptism and become confirmed members of the church, ready to receive Holy Communion.
Classes are structured in a small group format. The first half of each class is a lesson taught by the pastors. The remainder of class time is spent in the small groups where prayer and discussion take place. The goal of longlasting Christian friendships is also carried out within the small groups and we have lots of fun! Committed, adult volunteers are needed to lead the small groups.
